Dear Eric,

Unfortunately, condos can be a little difficult, as generally speaking all of the units are sharing one roof...but you said that this condo has it's own roof. So, I don't know if we are going to be able to help you out or not without having expressed written consent from the other owners, or condo assn. Call me whenever you have a chance, and we can discuss this in a little greater detail.

Sincerely,

Butler Ives

<description>Very interesting. I've long been an advocate for solar power, and am pleased to finally see advances in the technology, enough to begin to make it affordable. I own a condo on Austerlitz St., off of Magazine St. in New Orleans. It is one of three apartments in the two storey double shotgun building which has its own roof area. It's occupied by my daughter as tenant while she has been a student at Tulane and may continue living there for a while yet. As a rental property owner, what can I expect as tax incentives and benefits for retrofitting it and using it for supply of electricity? Appreciate your prompt reply.
